Can I pickup my order?
If your business is located within a 50-mile radius of our warehouses in Los Angeles, California, you can select "Will Call (Pick up at VEA)" at checkout under the "SHIPPING OPTIONS" section. The shipping charges will be waived and you can come to our warehouse to pick up your order.
Please contact us at info@veabasics.com before arriving for pick up to inquire if your order is ready.
How Long Does it Take my order to ship?
Orders are shipped within 3 business days. Standard transit times are 2-5 business days inside of the United States.
What is your return policy?
All return claims must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date. Please email: info@veabasics.com to begin the process.
- Returning items must be in new, unworn condition and in their original packaging. Any items that are not within this criteria will be rejected.
- All orders over $100 are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This accounts for our warehouse team inspecting each product for damage and receiving the items back into inventory.
- International sales are final and are not eligible for return.
- Vintage Essential Apparel is not responsible for return shipping.
- We do not accept returns for custom or decorated merchandise.
