Do You offer wholesale?
Wholesale pricing is available exclusively to our wholesale clients.
You can register for a wholesale account here.

Do You have Tear-Away Labels
Yes - We design our basics to become yours. Easy tear-away labels on all products - always.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
How long does it take my order to ship?
Processing times for orders are approximately 48 hours depending on the order volume. Orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis, Monday through Fridays from 8 am to 4 pm.
Once an order has been processed and scanned from our warehouse, you will receive an estimated delivery date provided once tracking is available.
Once shipped, orders take 2-5 business days inside of the United States.
What is your return policy?
All return claims must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date. Please email: info@veabasics.com to begin the process.
- Returning items must be in new, unworn condition and in their original packaging. Any items that are not within this criteria will be rejected.
- All orders over $100 are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This accounts for our warehouse team inspecting each product for damage and receiving the items back into inventory.
- International sales are final and are not eligible for return.
- Vintage Essential Apparel is not responsible for return shipping.
- We do not accept returns for custom or decorated merchandise.
Can I use my Company's shipping Account?
For bulk orders, we can work with you to arrange freight and delivery options though your carrier. Please email us to coordinate.

To qualify for wholesale pricing, you must be in one of the industries listed below:

Can I resell VEA products?
Please note wholesale pricing is for the resale of decorated garments only. Any customers found to be reselling blank products will have their pricing removed. This includes online marketplaces.
Are You Sales Tax Exempt?
Yes - If you have a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate for your state or other states you will be asked for it during registration.
